The Controller makes every effort to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with:
§ 2. Scope and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
2.1. Contact form
Through the contact form provided on the Website, we process the following data:
Purpose of processing: responding to the submitted enquiry, establishing business contact, or handling correspondence. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in being able to respond to enquiries addressed to it). Retention period: the data is stored for as long as necessary to handle the correspondence and, once it is concluded, for the limitation period of any potential claims, no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
2.2. Server log files (logs)
The IT systems operating the Website automatically record data in the server logs, such as: the device's IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of the visit, and the URL of the page from which the redirect occurred. This data is used exclusively for technical purposes (ensuring the security and stability of the Service) and is automatically deleted after no more than 90 days.

2.3. Web analytics and remarketing
The Website uses analytics and marketing tools – Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel). The data collected by these tools is described in detail in §§ 7–9 of this Policy.

4.2. Transfers to third countries
As a rule, personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where the services of providers established outside the EEA are used (e.g. Google LLC), the transfer of data takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another mechanism compliant with Article 46 or 47 GDPR.

§ 6. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on the user's end device (computer, tablet, smartphone) by the web browser when visiting websites. Cookies make it possible to recognise the user's device on subsequent visits and to collect various information about how the Website is used.
The legal basis for the use of technically necessary cookies is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law. For non-essential cookies, the legal basis is the user's voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7.4. Marketing and advertising cookies
The Website uses Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) – a remarketing tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (for EEA users) / Meta Platforms Inc., USA. Meta Pixel makes it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to target ads to users on the Facebook and Instagram platforms. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

The Website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag – a remarketing and analytics tool from LinkedIn (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). The Insight Tag makes it possible to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising campaigns and to target ads to users who visit the Website. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

9.3. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
The Website uses Meta Pixel – a remarketing tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The Pixel collects data about users' activity on the Website and sends it to Facebook/Instagram in order to display personalised advertising. Meta Platforms is a separate controller of personal data. 9.4. LinkedIn Insight Tag and social media plugins
The Website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag (described in § 7.4) and may contain LinkedIn social media plugins (e.g. the "Follow" or "Share" button). When a user visits a page containing a LinkedIn plugin, their browser establishes a direct connection to LinkedIn's servers. LinkedIn may then attribute the Website visit to the user's LinkedIn account if they are logged in. The Controller has no influence over the scope of data collected by LinkedIn via these plugins.
