What does working with our team look like?
We guide the project from needs analysis, through deployment, to long-term support and service.
Consultation
We identify the investor's needs, the specifics of the facility, and the requirements relating to the safety and functionality of the infrastructure. We analyse the technical conditions, the intended use of the facility and the potential threats in order to select the optimal system solutions.
Analysis & concept
We develop an initial concept of how the systems will operate, taking into account the building's architecture, regulatory requirements and the options for integrating the installations. At this stage we define the key technical, functional and operational assumptions for the entire project.
Technical design
We prepare complete technical documentation for the facility's control, monitoring, communication and safety systems. The design ensures compliance with applicable regulations, industry requirements and the operating conditions of critical environments.
Deployment
We handle the supply, installation and integration of systems directly on site, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship and safe working practices. We coordinate the deployment of every element of the infrastructure, ensuring it works together correctly and is operationally ready.
Commissioning
We carry out configuration, functional testing and technical acceptance of the deployed systems. We verify that all installations operate correctly and prepare the facility for safe and reliable operation.
Support & service
We provide ongoing technical support, diagnostics and system servicing throughout the installation's entire life cycle. We offer inspections, upgrades and rapid service interventions that minimise the risk of failures and infrastructure downtime.
Certifications / technologies
Since 2002, ELTEL KATOWICE has held an ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. The certificate covers the organisational units involved in the design, manufacture, commissioning and servicing of industrial signalling, communication and automation devices and systems.
Our devices hold ATEX certification, confirming compliance with EU safety requirements for potentially explosive atmospheres (Directive 2014/34/EU). This guarantees that the equipment is not a source of ignition — which is critical in the chemical, oil, gas and mining industries.
